We review your request
We read your details and photos and reply, usually the same day, to confirm what you need and answer quick questions.
On-site look at your floor
A local installer checks the slab for cracks, moisture, old sealers and oil stains and measures the space. This is what turns a typical range into a real number.
You get a written quote
The quote should spell out the system, the prep, any repairs, cure time and the written warranty terms. Compare it against our typical ranges, ask questions, and decide on your own schedule, with no pressure either way.

What to have ready
None of this is required to send the form, but it helps us give you a more useful answer on the first reply.
- Approximate size. A one-car garage is about 250 sq ft, a two-car about 500 sq ft and a three-car about 750 sq ft. A rough length times width is plenty.
- Photos of cracks, chips and stains. Close-ups of the worst spots and one wide shot of the whole floor tell an installer a lot about how much prep and repair is needed.
- Any existing coating or sealer. If the floor was painted or sealed before, say so. Old coatings have to come off before a new system goes down.
- Your timeline. Let us know if you're aiming for a certain month, or if you need the garage back by a set date. Most systems need some cure time before you park on them.
- The look you want. Solid color, flake, or metallic? If you're not sure yet, choose "Not sure yet" and we'll walk through the options.
Budgeting first? Typical installed ranges for a two-car garage run from about $2,500–$4,000 for solid-color epoxy to $3,000–$6,000 for a polyaspartic flake system. These are estimates; see the cost guide for every system and size, or read how a job is done on the process page.
